I take a personal approach with all of my clients. Rather than direct you to an online application that is generic in nature, I like to have a 10 to 15 minute phone call with you to ascertain your needs and goals.

By spending this small amount of time up front, I am able to more appropriately customize your experience and, ultimately, ensure a satisfactory transaction from start to finish. I’ll also utilize this time with you to explain the documentation I will need, the process, and to answer any questions you might have.

Once we’ve had a chance to chat, I will follow up our conversation with an email message, outlining the documentation I will need in order to accurately quote an interest rate and terms. Many lenders will throw out “teaser rates” just to get you to give them a call. Rather, I like to start off on the right foot every time by giving you accurate and true information, including what rates and programs are available based on your specific criteria.

All interest rates are derived from the borrower’s individual circumstances, such as loan amount, value or purchase price of the subject property, credit scores, down payment percentage, debt-to-income ratios, etc. It’s impossible for a loan originator to quote an accurate rate without this information, most of which I can glean from the documentation you’ll provide at my request. Within 24 hours of receiving all the required documentation, I’ll reach back out to go over the rate/terms and to provide you with a pre-approval letter (if the loan will be used to purchase a home).
